Refresher First Aid At Work Syllabus
| This course complies with the HSE 1981 "First Aid at Work" (FAW) legislation for a first aider in the workplace and can only be undertaken by first aiders whose first aid certificate has not expired. Each refresher course is adjusted to suit the needs of the students. New concepts or techniques introduced since the initial training of the student will be incorporated into the appropriate training areas. The refresher first aid course is of 2 days duration 9am - 4.30pm. A short oral test will take place during the last session of the course. A certificate which is valid for three years is awarded to the successful students. Each student receives a First Aid manual and course notes. | |

A video is used to amplify the training sessions. Students wishing to remain valid first aiders should receive refresher training before 3 years |
Bostock Health Care are registered by the HSE to provide First Aid training. We can also refresh all First Aid at Work certificates regardless of where you trained. |
